The Management of Mecalfast Srl aims to improve its market position and deliver products of ever-increasing quality, thus ensuring customer satisfaction while taking direct responsibility for the effectiveness of the quality system.
The Management considers the Integrated Management System as a preventive tool, structured based on identified risks that are periodically reviewed.
The company organization ensures systematic and direct supervision of production by experienced and competent personnel. This enables the company to control potential operational criticalities, aiming to improve production efficiency and deliver products that meet customer requirements.

• Competitiveness also means striving for the highest levels of production qualification through the consistent application of techniques and methodologies outlined in the Integrated System Manual, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 3834-2, and FPC EN 1090-1.

The objectives of the management system include:
• Addressing risks and opportunities with actions proportionate to their potential impact on product conformity;
• Improving business efficiency;
• Expanding market reach;
• Continuously monitoring process performance;
• Implementing information, training, and staff development programs at all levels to optimize the growth process of human resources;
• Maintaining certification in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 3834-2, and EN 1090-1;
• Respecting suppliers by ensuring regular payments and fair market prices.

The Management emphasizes the importance of maintaining a strong commitment, as only the continuous improvement of company performance can ensure the competitiveness and solidity of the organization.

Employees and suppliers can contact the Quality Manager for matters related to the overall product quality and the Welding Coordinator for specific aspects related to welding quality.

The criterion for verifying the degree of achievement of the objectives outlined in this policy is based on indicators directly correlated to management parameters considered particularly significant. These indicators are periodically reviewed to guide the company toward continuous improvement.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Management of Mecalfast Srl recognizes the Integrated Management System as a suitable tool to achieve the goal of increasing its market share, gaining, and strengthening the trust of customers and all stakeholders.

The management objectives are:

• Complying with environmental protection and pollution prevention regulations, and to facilitate achieving this goal, it establishes a management system compliant with ISO 14001, providing the necessary human and instrumental resources;
• Ensuring that the management system involves the entire company organization, from the employer to each worker, according to their roles and competencies. In this regard, awareness and training play a fundamental role to ensure tasks are carried out respecting environmental protection principles;
• Promoting continuous improvement to enhance environmental performance;
• Monitoring the implementation of the management system and compliance with legislative and regulatory environmental requirements through a monitoring system with appropriate indicators;
• Continuously managing and monitoring activities to ensure minimal environmental impact;
• Periodically reviewing the environmental policy and the implemented management system, committing to consider environmental issues and related outcomes as an integral part of business management;
• Defining and disseminating the objectives of the Management System and related implementation programs within the company.
